DECA Packaging Group nv, met meer dan 45 jaar expertise binnen de verpakkingsindustrie, produceert en verkoopt verpakkingen én verpakkingsmachines hoofdzakelijk voor de voedingsindustrie. Met een team van gepassioneerde professionals zetten wij ons dagelijks in om onze klanten de best mogelijke oplossingen te bieden.

Voor onze afdeling die verpakkingsmachines bij voedingsbedrijven installeert, onderhoudt en herstelt, zoeken we een servicetechnieker.

Als distributeur van Grunwald en Reepack zijn we actief in heel België, van de kust tot de Ardennen. Je komt terecht in een team van 4 servicetechniekers en bent minstens 60% van je tijd zelfstandig op de baan.

Jouw taken

  • Installeren en opstarten van verpakkingsmachines bij klanten.
  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud.
  • Opsporen en oplossen van mechanische, elektrische en pneumatische storingen.
  • Uitvoeren van interventies bij klanten.
  • Reviseren en herstellen van machines of onderdelen in ons atelier.
  • Klaarleggen, opvolgen en wegzetten van wisselstukken en materialen.
  • Klanten op een vlotte en professionele manier begeleiden bij technische vragen.

Je vertrekt afhankelijk van de planning van thuis of vanuit het atelier. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je hebt dagelijks een interventie of opdracht, al dan niet aangevuld met atelierwerk. Het ene moment los je een storing op, het andere moment ben je samen met een collega bezig aan een opstart van een nieuwe machine.

Jouw profiel?:

  • Je hebt minimaal een A2 diploma Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit en pneumatica. Kennis van PLC? Mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent klantgericht en communiceert duidelijk en vlot.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig én in team.
  • Je hebt oog voor hygiëne, veiligheid en kwaliteit – zeker belangrijk bij onze klanten in de voedingssector.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B en zit er niet mee in om af en toe ook een camionette te besturen voor levering en plaatsing van kleinere machines.
