Ben jij een gepassioneerde technieker met een scherp analytisch inzicht en een hart voor mechanica én elektriciteit? Wil je een sleutelrol spelen in het draaiende houden en optimaliseren van een geavanceerd machinepark? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Als Storingstechnieker / Elektromechanieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het veilig en efficiënt oplossen van storingen op zowel elektrisch als mechanisch vlak. Daarnaast werk je mee aan preventief onderhoud en denk je actief mee over kwaliteits- en efficiëntieverbeteringen aan onze productiemachines.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Storingen analyseren & oplossen: Je analyseert zelfstandig elektrische en mechanische problemen aan stilgevallen of falende machines. In overleg met de productieoperatoren achterhaal je de oorzaak en onderneem je direct actie om de storing op te lossen.
  • PLC-Analyse: Je zoekt storingen op in PLC-programmatie en helpt mee bij de foutdiagnose.
  • Machinerevisie & Verbeteringen: Je voert werkzaamheden uit om machines en onderdelen te vernieuwen of te verbeteren (zoals laswerk, maat- en paswerk en montagewerk).
  • Preventief onderhoud: Je voert geplande elektrische en mechanische onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit om stilstand in de toekomst te vermijden.
  • Veilig werken: Je schat risico’s correct in vóór je aan de slag gaat en neemt altijd de nodige veiligheidsmaatregelen.
  • Projecten & Optimalisatie: Je krijgt de kans om mee te werken aan uitdagende onderhouds- en vernieuwingsprojecten binnen de fabriek.

ProfielWat breng je mee?

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je beschikt over een diploma A2/Bachelor Elektromechanica, Elektrotechniek of Onderhoudstechnieken (of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • Brede technische kennis: Je hebt een hele goede kennis van zowel mechanica als elektriciteit.
  • PLC-kennis: Je kan storingen opsporen en uitlezen in PLC-gestuurde omgevingen.
  • Praktische vaardigheden: Je hebt ervaring met montagewerk, passingen en basistechnieken zoals lassen.
  • Veiligheidsbewustzijn: Veiligheid staat bij jou op de allereerste plaats; je werkt doordacht en nauwkeurig.
  • Oplossingsgericht & Analytisch: Je laat je niet snel uit het veld slaan bij complexe technische problemen en zoekt gestructureerd naar de gepaste oplossing.
  • Communicatief & Collegiaal: Je overlegt vlot met operatoren, collega-techniekers en leidinggevenden.
