Jouw uitdaging

Als Servicetechnieker ben je een cruciale schakel binnen onze serviceafdeling. Je staat in voor het uitvoeren van herstellingen aan lastoestellen en biedt ook ondersteuning bij het uitvoeren van onderhouden en herstellingen aan machines voor de metaalbewerking, zowel intern als bij klanten.

  • Je voert zelfstandig herstellingen uit aan lastoestellen en gereedschappen
  • Je herstelt en onderhoudt machines van A tot Z en zorgt dat ze opnieuw gebruiksklaar zijn
  • Je maakt nieuw te leveren toestellen gebruiksklaar, test ze grondig en geeft indien nodig uitleg aan de klant
  • Je biedt telefonische en technische ondersteuning aan klanten en collega’s
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s en kan steeds rekenen op de ondersteuning van de service verantwoordelijke

Je draagt bij aan

  • Het optimaal functioneren van de serviceafdeling
  • Het continu verbeteren van de werking en de processen binnen de serviceafdeling
  • Het uitbouwen van kennisdeling en samenwerking binnen het team

Samen engageren wij ons tot

  • Het continu verbeteren van de technische kennis over de toestellen en machines, met als doel een optimale service en herstelling te garanderen
  • Het voortdurend bijleren rond toepassingen en gebruik, zodat we samen met de klant steeds de beste product- of technische oplossing kunnen bieden
  • Het actief ondersteunen van de open en transparante bedrijfscultuur, waarbij wij elkaar actief vragen en tips geven om zo als team te ontwikkelen
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor Automatisatie of Elektromechanica, of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld, werkt ordelijk en hebt oog voor kwaliteit
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en toont duidelijke interesse en goesting om bij te dragen
  • Je houdt van afwisseling en werkt oplossingsgericht
  • Flexibiliteit en punctualiteit behoren tot jouw sterke punten
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en klantgericht handelen
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om voortdurend bij te leren en jezelf te ontwikkelen
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en kan je ook vlot uitdrukken in het Engels
