The posting

Als Servicetechnieker maak je deel uit van de buitendienst en sta je paraat voor een portefeuille van klanten binnen jouw regio. Technisch inzicht met betrekking tot elektro en/of verbrandingsmotoren is hierbij cruciaal.

Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van technische storingen op locatie bij klanten en voert ook standaard onderhouden uit. In het zoeken naar oplossingen weet jij zowel de belangen van de klant als van de werkgever te behartigen:

  • Verrichten van onderhoudswerken bij klanten;
  • Analyseren en oplossen van technische problemen;
  • Klanten te woord staan ivm extra toelichting over werkzaamheden;
  • Rapporteren aan de afdeling serviceplanning over de uit te voeren werken ;
  • Vereiste onderdelen en gereedschappen inschatten, beschikbaarheid controleren en indien nodig bestellen voor uitvoering;
  • Opmaken van werkbonnen en deze correct verwerken;
  • Beheren van de voorraad van je bestelwagen;
  • Klantenfeedback terugkoppelen aan de afdeling technical support en serviceplanning.

Je zal starten samen met een collega die jou de kneepjes van het vak leert. Na verloop van tijd kan je zelfstandig werken en word je alleen op pad gestuurd.

Als service technieker herken je je in onderstaande:

  • Je bent technisch aangelegd en je bent in het bezit van een technisch diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Kennis van elektro- en verbrandingsmotoren is een plus.
  • Interesse om zich te verdiepen in de techniek van mobiele reinigingsmachines.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis (industriële) elektriciteit ;
  • In staat om elektrische schema's te interpreteren;
  • Je bent zeer vlot pc-vaardig (alles gebeurt via de laptop: werkbons, uitlezen van fouten, doorgeven van de planning, opvolging,...);
  • Je vindt het geweldig om telkens nieuwe zaken te leren en een echte expert in je vak te worden;
  • Service minded: je vindt het fijn om verantwoordelijkheid te dragen en flexibiliteit werkt voor jou in twee richtingen;

Als service technieker ga jij op verplaatsing de machines van onze klant controleren, herstellen,... Het spreekt voor zich dat je hiervoor een geldig rijbewijs B nodig hebt.
