The posting

  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud op schroef- en zuigercompressoren, koeldrogers, adsorptiedrogers, filters en condensaatbehandeling, zodat installaties betrouwbaar en efficiënt blijven werken.
  • Methodisch opsporen van mechanische storingen en ze zelfstandig oplossen, ook bij dringende depannages waar de productie van de klant van afhangt.
  • Installeren van nieuwe, energie-efficiënte persluchtinstallaties.
  • Plaatsen, aanpassen en uitbreiden van persluchtleidingen (piping) volgens de geldende normen en veiligheidsregels.
  • Meten en analyseren van installaties (drukverlies, lekken, luchtkwaliteit) als basis voor optimalisatie en energiebesparing.
  • Klanten proactief adviseren over onderhoud, verbeteringen en mogelijke energiewinst.
  • Correct en duidelijk rapporteren van uw werkzaamheden, zodat klant en collega's altijd een helder beeld hebben van de toestand van de installatie.
  • Diploma BSO, TSO, graduaat of bachelor in een mechanische of elektromechanische richting (mechanica, elektromechanica, industriële onderhoudstechnieken, ...) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Sterke mechanische basiskennis.
  • Ervaring met compressoren, koeltechniek, pneumatica of industrieel onderhoud is een meerwaarde, maar geen vereiste bij een sterke technische basis en leergierigheid.
  • Probleemoplossend denkvermogen en een kalme, gestructureerde aanpak, ook wanneer het on-site anders loopt dan gepland.
  • Zelfstandige, nauwgezette en veiligheidsbewuste werkhouding.
  • Klantgerichte communicatie, zowel met een zaakvoerder als met een onderhouds- of engineeringteam.
  • Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van het Nederlands; een werkbare kennis van het Frans is een sterke troef.
