Wij zoeken een Gebouw- en installatietechnieker voedingssector

Onze klant is werkzaam de in koel- en vrieslogistiek. Voor hun Belgische sites zoeken we een hands-on Gebouw- en Installatietechnieker die zorgt dat alle technische installaties en gebouwen dagelijks optimaal functioneren.

Jouw rol

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud, de opvolging en de operationele werking van de gebouwen, installaties en technische infrastructuur. Van koeltechniek tot elektriciteit, van brandbeveiliging tot gebouwbeheer — jij zorgt dat

alles veilig, efficiënt en bedrijfszeker blijft.

Kernverantwoordelijkheden:

  • Onderhoud & inspectie: Preventief en correctief onderhoud van koel-, elektrische, mechanische en klimaatinstallaties, brandbeveiliging en gebouwinfrastructuur.
  • Storingen oplossen: Snel en accuraat reageren om downtime te beperken en continuïteit te waarborgen.
  • Gebouw- en energietechniek: Mee opvolgen van verlichting, energieverbruik, HVAC, poorten, daken en nutsvoorzieningen.
  • Samenwerking: Coördineren met warehouse teams en externe contractors voor onderhoud, herstellingen en kleine projecten.
  • Veiligheid & normen: Zorgen voor naleving van veiligheids-, milieu- en hygiënevoorschriften en correcte onderhoudsregistratie.
  • Verbetering & innovatie: Meedenken over technische optimalisaties en investeringen; feedback geven aan de Engineering & Facility Manager.

Jouw profiel

  • Technisch diploma in Elektrotechniek, Mechanica, Koeltechniek of Mechatronica.
  • Minimaal 1 à 2 jaar ervaring in technisch of facilitair onderhoud in een industriële of logistieke omgeving.
  • Brede technische kennis van:

o Gebouwen en installaties (elektrisch, mechanisch, HVAC, koeltechniek)

o Energiebeheer en brandveiligheid

o Gebouwbeheersystemen en automatisatie

  • Je kan technische plannen en schema’s lezen.
  • Ervaring in samenwerking met externe aannemers en kleine projecten.
  • Basiskennis van CMMS of andere digitale onderhoudssystemen.
  • Teamspeler met goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je bent bereid om regelmatig in koude- en (soms) diepvriesomgevingen te werken.
  • Flexibel en bereid tot oproepdiensten indien nodig.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands, basis Engels is een plus.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een rijbewijs B
