Onze opdrachtgever is een gevestigde speler gespecialiseerd in de verkoop, het onderhoud en de technische ondersteuning van intern transportmaterieel. Het bedrijf is exclusief verdeler en onderhoudspartner van een toonaangevend premiummerk van heftrucks in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen.

Met een team van een zestigtal techniekers, verdeeld over een binnen- en buitendienst, wordt dagelijks ingezet op kwalitatieve service en langdurige klantenrelaties. Er wordt sterk geïnvesteerd in moderne werkmiddelen, opleidingen en de ondersteuning van de techniekers, zodat zij zich volledig kunnen focussen op hun technische expertise.

Jobomschrijving

Als Service Technieker ben je dagelijks onderweg naar klanten binnen jouw regio om heftrucks en intern transportmaterieel in optimale conditie te houden.

Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren aan heftrucks en intern transportmaterieel.
  • Technische storingen analyseren en oplossen wanneer deze zich voordoen.
  • Mechanische en elektrische problemen opsporen aan machines met diesel-, gas- of elektrische aandrijving.
  • Klanten op een professionele manier informeren over de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.
  • Werkbonnen correct invullen en administratief verwerken.
  • Overleggen met de planning over de uitgevoerde werken en de duur van de interventies.
  • Je servicewagen ordelijk houden en de voorraad onderdelen beheren.

Je werkt voornamelijk binnen jouw eigen regio, waardoor lange verplaatsingen beperkt blijven. Slechts uitzonderlijk spring je eens bij in een andere regio.

Je bent een technieker die graag sleutelt en voldoening haalt uit het onderhouden en herstellen van machines.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een diploma in mechanica, autotechnieken, elektromechanica, onderhoudstechnieken of voertuigtechnologie, of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ook kandidaten met een sterke technische achtergrond vanuit een hobby of professionele ervaring aan bijvoorbeeld landbouwmachines, auto's of andere voertuigen komen in aanmerking.
  • Een goede technische basis in mechanica en/of elektrotechniek.
  • Een klantgerichte en communicatieve ingesteldheid.
  • Een leergierige houding en de motivatie om nieuwe technieken aan te leren.
  • Een flexibele ingesteldheid.
  • Een rijbewijs B.
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands of Engels.
