Functie

Als Service Technieker maak je deel uit van de buitendienst en sta je paraat voor een portefeuille van klanten binnen de regio waar je woont. Technisch inzicht mbt verbrandings- en/of elektromotoren is hierbij cruciaal. Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van technische storingen op locatie bij onze klanten en voert ook standaard onderhouden uit.

  • Verrichten van onderhoudswerken bij klanten.
  • Analyseren en oplossen van technisch problemen.
  • Klanten te woord staan mbt extra toelichting ivm werkzaamheden.
  • Rapporteren aan serviceplanning over de uit te voeren werken.
  • Vereiste onderdelen en gereedschappen inschatten, beschikbaarheid controleren en indien nodig bestellen voor uitvoering.
  • Opmaken van werkbonnen en deze correct verwerken.
  • Beheren van de voorraad van je bestelwagen.
  • Klantenfeedback terugkoppelen aan Technical Support en Serviceplanning.

Profiel

Wat zijn jouw troeven:

  • Technisch aangelegd en bij voorkeur een opleiding gevolgd in mechanica, autotechnieken, elektromechanica of onderhoudstechnieken – of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Kennis van heftrucks is een pluspunt, maar niet noodzakelijk. Wij leren je graag alle kneepjes van het vak.
  • Sterk communicatief en in staat zich aan te passen aan elke gesprekpartner.
  • Safety First: veilig werken is voor jou geen taak maar een attitude (net als friendship en dedication).
  • Je bent een plantrekker en beschikt over een gezonde dosis assertiviteit.
  • Géén 9-to-5-mentaliteit en bereid je te verplaatsen naar een andere regio om een collega te ondersteunen.
  • Rijbewijs B is een must.

Wat je van ons krijgt

Wat bieden wij jou aan:

  • Je werkt 38 uur per week, van maandag tot vrijdag. Op vrijdag heb je een korte werkdag van 6 uur, zodat je extra vroeg aan je weekend kan beginnen.
  • Je vertrekt ’s ochtends van thuis uit rechtstreeks naar je klanten, met je volledig uitgeruste servicewagen.
  • Je werkdag begint zodra je thuis de deur uitgaat en eindigt pas wanneer je weer thuiskomt. Bovendien worden de onderdelen ’s nachts in je camionette geleverd, dus je hoeft niet eerst langs het magazijn.
