The posting

Voor een groeiend en innovatief technisch dienstverlenend bedrijf in de regio Nijlen zoeken we een Service Technieker HVAC. Je werkt mee aan het onderhoud en de optimalisatie van moderne gebouwen waar comfort en energie-efficiëntie centraal staan.

Als service technieker HVAC ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud, de herstellingen en optimalisatie van technische installaties op diverse locaties:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan HVAC-installaties (verwarming, ventilatie, airco en koeling)
  • Metingen uitvoeren zoals druk, temperatuur, debiet en rendement
  • Opsporen en oplossen van storingen, inclusief regelingen en sturingen
  • Herstellen en vervangen van defecte onderdelen (ventilatoren, sensoren, kleppen, motoren, …)
  • Plaatsen en opstarten van nieuwe installaties
  • Analyseren en optimaliseren van energieprestaties van installaties
  • Rapporteren van uitgevoerde werken via digitale werkbonnen
  • Werken op verschillende sites zoals industrie, kantoren en logistieke centra
  • Strikt naleven van veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen

We zoeken een technisch sterke en gemotiveerde professional met zin voor verantwoordelijkheid:

  • Technische opleiding of relevante ervaring in HVAC, sanitair, koeltechnieken of elektromechanica
  • In het bezit van attesten G1/G2 en een koeltechnisch certificaat
  • Basiskennis elektriciteit (BA4/BA5 is een pluspunt)
  • VCA-attest of bereid dit te behalen
  • Zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht kunnen werken met oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid
  • Klantgerichte ingesteldheid en hands-on mentaliteit
  • Bereidheid tot wachtdienst en overuren
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands, kennis van Frans is een plus
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B
