Ben jij een HVAC-technieker die graag zelfstandig werkt en voldoening haalt uit het oplossen van technische uitdagingen? Zoek je een functie waarin je niet enkel onderhoud uitvoert, maar ook actief meedenkt over optimalisaties en verbeteringen? Dan is deze rol als Servicetechnieker HVAC een interessante volgende stap.

Je komt terecht in een gevarieerde werkomgeving waar je werkt aan technische installaties binnen onder meer kantoorcomplexen, industriële omgevingen en logistieke gebouwen. Geen twee dagen zijn hetzelfde en jouw expertise maakt dagelijks het verschil.

Jouw takenpakket omvat onder meer:

  • Uitvoeren van preventieve onderhoudswerken aan HVAC-installaties
  • Verhelpen van storingen aan verwarmings-, ventilatie-, koel- en airconditioningsystemen
  • Uitvoeren van technische metingen en controles
  • Analyseren van defecten en bepalen van de meest efficiënte oplossing
  • Vervangen en herstellen van componenten zoals motoren, regelingen, sensoren, ventilatoren en kleppen
  • Opstarten en inregelen van nieuwe installaties
  • Meedenken over energie-optimalisaties en technische verbeteringen
  • Correct registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden via digitale rapportering
  • Waken over veiligheid, kwaliteit en een professionele dienstverlening bij de klant
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen HVAC, koeltechnieken, sanitair of elektromechanica
  • Je beschikt over de nodige certificaten zoals G1, G2 en een koeltechnisch attest
  • Je hebt een goede technische kennis van HVAC-installaties en aanverwante technieken
  • Basiskennis elektriciteit is aanwezig; BA4 en/of BA5 zijn een troef
  • Je beschikt over een VCA-attest of bent bereid dit te behalen
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op
  • Je bent klantgericht en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Wachtdiensten en occasionele overuren vormen geen probleem
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands
  • Kennis van het Frans is mooi meegenomen
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B
