Ben jij een techniekfanaat met een hart voor de landbouw? Een dynamisch familiebedrijf in de agrarische sector zoekt een enthousiaste servicetechnieker voor landbouwvoertuigen. Dit bedrijf, met een rijke geschiedenis en een sterke focus op kwaliteit en service, biedt een uitdagende werkomgeving waarin je je vaardigheden kunt ontwikkelen .

De ideale kandidaat heeft een relevante technische opleiding en enige ervaring met het monteren en repareren van landbouwmachines. Een solide kennis van mechanica, hydraulica en elektriciteit is een must. Daarnaast is het mooi meegenomen om een klantgerichte houding te hebben en met een glimlach problemen op te lossen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Opdrachten komen van de werkplaatsleider landbouwmachines.
  • Herstellingen worden zowel uitgevoerd in de werkplaats als bij landbouwers op locatie.
  • Storingen worden opgespoord en diagnoses gesteld.
  • Zwaarder sleutelwerk wordt ook niet uit de weg gegaan wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Zelfstandig werken is belangrijk, maar er is altijd ruimte voor hulp en advies van collega’s.
  • Enthousiasme voor kleine constructiewerkzaamheden en het sleutelen aan andere machines is aanwezig.
  • Je wordt bij aanvang ondergedompeld in een 2-jarige opleiding waar je al de verschillende voertuigen leert kennen.
  • Technische opleiding zoals mechanica of relevante ervaring in de montage en het herstellen van tractoren en/of oogstmachines.
  • Sterke kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit, elektronica, hydraulica en pneumatica; elektrische kennis is een grote plus.
  • Veilig, nauwkeurig en ordelijk werken is essentieel. Je kan je ook flexibel opstellen.
  • Hulpvaardig, klantgericht en vriendelijk, met een focus op lange termijn betrokkenheid en het naleven van afspraken.
