The posting

Konvert Knokke zoekt voor een gespecialiseerd en groeiend servicebedrijf een gemotiveerde servicetechnieker liften. Je krijgt een vaste regio en gaat zelfstandig op pad na een grondige interne opleiding.

Wat je doet

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud van een vaste portefeuille van ±200 liften.
  • Je voert preventief onderhoud uit en zorgt ervoor dat alle mechanische en elektrische veiligheidscomponenten perfect functioneren.
  • Je voert depannages uit in jouw regio en lost storingen zo efficiënt mogelijk op.
  • Je volgt keuringsverslagen en servicerapporten op en plant zelf in wanneer je deze afwerkt.
  • Je bepaalt maandelijks zelf je planning, zolang het vereiste aantal onderhoudsbeurten behaald wordt.
  • Je spoort technische problemen op, voert herstellingen uit en vervangt defecte onderdelen waar nodig.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en klanten: je luistert naar hun vragen en zoekt mee naar oplossingen.
  • Je wordt tijdens de opstart intensief begeleid en blijft ook daarna goed opgevolgd zodat je je technische kennis voortdurend aanscherpt.
  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond (elektrisch/elektromechanisch), opleiding of ervaring.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en plant jouw taken efficiënt.
  • Je communiceert vriendelijk en professioneel met klanten.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsbewust en gedreven om problemen op te lossen.
  • Je woont in of rond de regio waar je zal werken.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en eigen wagen of je kan zelfstandig tot depot Knokke raken.
