Met meer dan 45 strategisch gelegen vestigingen in Europa hebben wij ons aanbod aan industriële partners goed ontwikkeld. Wij zijn sterk in alle transport-technische componenten voor transportbandsystemen zoals banden, rollen, aandrijftrommels, keertrommels, bandschraper- en bandafdichtingssytemen. Maar ook slijtage verminderende componenten voor alle zwaar belaste onderdelen maken deel uit van het programma. Indien nodig worden oplossingen voor klanten ook op maat gemaakt en worden alle noodzakelijke accessoires geleverd.

Sinds 2022 is er een vestiging opengegaan in Turnhout en daar zoeken wij een ervaren technieker. Je ligt mee aan de basis van de uitbouw van deze vestiging, dus doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn er zeker.

  • Voorbereiden en monteren van transportbanden bij klanten
  • Preventief, curatief en storingsgericht onderhoud en herstellingswerken uitvoeren
  • Bekleden van verschillende oppervlaktes met kunststof tegen slijtage
  • Lagers, riemen, frames, trommels, rollen en schrapers monteren en demonteren
  • 90% baanwerk, 10% voorbereidend werk in atelier
  • Een schoolverlater start eerst in het atelier om de verschillende materialen en gereedschappen te leren kennen als ook de soorten banden en hoe deze versneden moeten worden. Daarna gaan ze mee de werven op om al doende te leren.
  • Technische achtergrond is hier wel nodig (elektromechanica, automechanica,..)
  • In het bezit zijn van een geldig rijbewijs B VCA attest (kan via ons behaald worden!)
  • Flexibel zijn naar werkuren, deze kunnen vaak afwijken (werken in het weekend, feestdagen, urgenties, onregelmatige uren ..)
