Functie

Wij zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde technieker om ons team in te versterken. Je krijgt de kans om te werken in een dynamische omgeving, mee te groeien met het bedrijf en je technische vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen.

Jouw opdracht

  • Met een modern uitgeruste servicewagen en smartphone vertrek je dagelijks van thuis uit naar onze klanten in je eigen regio;
  • Onder de bevoegdheid van de verantwoordelijke bezoek je de klanten en a.d.h.v. een planning zorg je voor het onderhoud, de herstellingen en de technische interventies op de waterverzachters bij de klanten en informeer je hen over de uitgevoerde werken;
  • Na een periode en grondige opleiding zal je ook sporadisch instaan voor nieuwe installaties, plaatsingen van waterverzachters en jij zal de klanten bijstaan in het gebruik van de toestellen teneinde een efficiënt en servicegericht imago op te bouwen en nieuwe klanten bij te winnen;
  • Als technieker, vertegenwoordig je de onderneming bij onze externe klant;
  • Je staat ook in voor de levering van zout (zak van +/- 25 kg) en, indien nodig, het bijvullen van het zoutreservoir van het toestel ;
  • Je stelt de juiste servicecontracten voor ;
  • Je valideert de interventieverslagen via een digitaal platform.

Profiel

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt idealiter over een diploma technisch secundair onderwijs en je hebt reeds ruime ervaring opgebouwd in sanitaire installaties en verwarming ;
  • Jouw professionalisme kent geen grenzen ;
  • Je hebt een positieve attitude en denkt oplossingsgericht na;
  • Je bent autonoom, nieuwsgierig en flexibel ;
  • Kwaliteitsservice en klanttevredenheid zijn voor jou een must;
  • Je onderhoudt een goede klantenrelatie ;
  • Een goede fysieke conditie is een vereiste ;
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands maar kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt;
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
