Functie

  • Je doet zowel installaties als onderhoud en herstellingen van onze machines.
  • Gezien het uitgebreide karakter van ons productgamma, komen verschillende vakgebieden aan bod: elektronica, mechanica, elektriciteit, software, programmatie, PLC, sturingen, etc.
  • Je maakt digitale servicebons op die in real time naar onze planningsmodule gestuurd worden.
  • Dus achteraf heb je geen administratie meer en wordt jouw onderdelenstock snel weer aangevuld. De klant communiceert met onze planningsmodule via onze APP.

Profiel

  • Je beschikt over een diploma in een technische richting, bij voorkeur een bachelordiploma
  • Wij zorgen voor een degelijke producttraining bij aanvang, dus schoolverlaters zijn meer dan welkom.
  • Je bent gefascineerd door techniek en houdt ervan om technische problemen op te lossen.
  • Klantvriendelijkheid, verantwoordelijkheid en ordelijkheid zijn eigenschappen die jou typeren.
  • Ook betrokkenheid en teamwork zijn bepalend voor het succes van onze Technische Dienst.
  • Je beheerst perfect de Nederlandse taal.
  • Dit is een pluspunt maar geen vereiste
  • Het is mogelijk dat je al eens bij onze Franstalige klanten langs gaat, dus kennis van het Frans is zeker meegenomen.

  • Uitgebreide opleidingsmogelijkheden, zowel voor nieuwe als meer ervaren Service Engineers: Jouw kennis evolueert dankzij de nieuwe ontwikkelingen van machines en op het vlak van productmarkering.
