Wir entwickeln und fertigen Massenspektrometer in Absam, Tirol und vertreiben diese weltweit. Zahlreiche Industrieunternehmen und Forschungseinrichtungen vertrauen auf unsere Hightech-Geräte in den Bereichen Gashersteller, Automobilindustrie, erneuerbare Energien, Lebensmittelproduktion und Prozess-Monitoring.

Wir suchen ab sofort eine_n Servicetechniker_in

Vollzeit zur Unterstützung unseres Teams 1 Servicetechniker_in ÜBER FOLGENDE EIGENSCAHFTEN SOLLTEN SIE IDEALERWEISE VERFÜGEN:

* Einschlägigere Ausbildung (Fachschule oder HTL-Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Mechatronik, etc.)

* Technisches Interesse und Verständnis

* Reisebereitschaft

* Kommunikative Fähigkeiten und freundliches Umgehen mit Menschen

* Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und gute analytische Fähigkeiten

* Gute Englischkenntnisse

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit

IHRE AUFGABEN:

* Servicierung, Wartung und Reparatur unserer Messgeräte

* Unterstützung der Anwender (Kundenbetreuung) bei technischen und anwendungsbezogenen Fragen

* Installation von Neugeräten bei Kunden und Durchführung von Abnahmen

* Schulung von Servicetechnikern und Kunden

* Erstellung von Dokumenten (z.B. Serviceberichte, Service Manuals und Instruction Sheets)

* Eigenständiges Arbeiten
