Als einer der führenden Elektrofachhändler in der Oststeiermark stehen wir für höchste Servicequalität, Regionalität und persönliche Beratung. Um unseren Kundinnen und Kunden weiterhin besten Service direkt vor Ort zu bieten, suchen wir ab sofort eine_n engagierte_n Servicetechniker_in zur Verstärkung unseres Teams. 1 Servicetechniker_in für Elektrohaushaltsgeräte * Vollzeit (38,5 h / Woche)

* Standort: Birkfeld (Oststeiermark)

Ihre Aufgaben

* Instandhaltung & Service: Reparatur, Wartung und Fehlersuche an Elektrohaushaltsgeräten unserer Markenhersteller (in unserer hauseigenen Werkstätte und Vor-Ort-Service)

* Auslieferung & Montage: Fachgerechte Zustellung, Inbetriebnahme und Montage von Neugeräten

* Kundenkontakt & Abwicklung: Technische Beratung vor Ort, Auftragsabwicklung und Dokumentation

Ihr Profil

* Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Ausbildung (z. B. Elektrotechniker_in, Mechatroniker_in, Betriebselektriker_in o. Ä.)

* Erfahrung: Berufserfahrung in der Servicetechnik oder Gerätereparatur von Vorteil

* Fahrpraxis: Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B zwingend erforderlich

* Kenntnisse: Gute EDV-Grundkenntnisse zur Auftragsbearbeitung

* Persönlichkeit: Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Zuverlässigkeit

* Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die Kundenkommunikation

* Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung: Die tatsächliche Entlohnung richtet sich nach Ihrer konkreten Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung und wird in einem persönlichen Gespräch vereinbart.
