Bei uns stehen die Mitarbeiter_innen und Kund_innen im Mittelpunkt. Seit über 18 Jahren betreiben wir mit Know-How und Herz technische Dienstleistungen in und an Gebäuden und Immobilien und kümmern uns um Wartung und Instandsetzung von haustechnischen Einrichtungen in den Bereichen Regelungstechnik, Heizung, Lüftung und Kühlung bis hin zu Sanitär-, Elektro- und Sicherheitstechnik.

Wir suchen ab sofort 1 Servicetechniker_in - Installateur_in Gebäudetechnik

Aufgaben

* Ausführung von Wartungsarbeiten an haustechnischen Anlagen

* Suche von Fehlerquellen sowie Behebung von Störungen

* Angebotsvorbereitung zu erforderlichen Instandsetzungen

* Koordination und Ausführung von Instandsetzungsarbeiten

* Auftragsvorbereitung (Materialanforderung, Terminkoordination etc.)

* Digitale Dokumentation erbrachter Leistungen

* Rückmeldung an den Vorgesetzten und/oder direkt an Kund:innen

* Bei Bedarf Koordination von beauftragten Subunternehmen

Anforderungen

* Positiv abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung in den Gewerken Heizung, Klima, Lüftung oder Sanitär (Lehrabschluss, Fachschule an einer HTL, HTL)

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Installation, der Wartung und/oder Instandsetzung von Heizung-, Klima-, Lüftungs- und Sanitäranlagen

* Erfahrung mit Gasgeräten von Vorteil

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift)

* Gute IT-Anwendungskenntnisse (v.a. E-Mail sowie systeminterne Programme)

* Gewerkeübergreifendes und kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln

* Bereitschaft im Bedarfsfall Überstunden zu leisten

* Führerschein B

* Positiver Leumund

* optional: Teilnahme an unserem 24 Std.-Bereitschaftsdienst (Zusatzpauschale)
