https://www.klappacher-landtechnik.at 1 Servicetechniker:in Melktechnik Melkroboter und Milchkühlanlagen laufen rund um die Uhr, und unsere landwirtschaftlichen Kund:innen verlassen sich darauf. Die Klappacher Landtechnik GmbH sucht eine:n Servicetechniker:in, der/die Störungen selbstständig erkennt, Lösungen direkt vor Ort findet und unsere Kund:innen kompetent betreut.

Deine Aufgaben

* Service & Reparatur: Wartung, Service und Reparatur von automatischen Melkanlagen und Melkrobotern.

* Anlagenbetreuung: Betreuung und Reparatur von Milchkühlanlagen.

* Fehlerbehebung: Analyse und Behebung mechanischer, hydraulischer und elektronischer Störungen.

* Eigenständigkeit: Selbstständige Fehlerbeurteilung und eigenständige Lösungsfindung direkt beim Kunden.

* Kundenbetreuung: Technische Betreuung und Beratung unserer landwirtschaftlichen Kund:innen sowie telefonischer Support bei technischen Problemen.

* Außendienst: Einsätze im Umkreis von ca. 80 km um Berndorf (die Einsatzorte liegen meist innerhalb einer Stunde Fahrzeit).

* Dokumentation: Nachbereitung und Dokumentation der Serviceeinsätze.

* Bereitschaftsdienst: Wöchentlich wechselnder Bereitschaftsdienst im Team (viele Anliegen lassen sich telefonisch lösen, Einsätze vor Ort nur bei Bedarf).

Das bringst du mit

* Ausbildung: Abschluss als Elektriker:in bzw. Elektrotechniker:in, Mechatroniker:in, Installateur:in, Maschinenbauer:in bzw. Maschinenbautechniker:in oder Landmaschinentechniker:in.

* Fähigkeiten: Technisches Verständnis, handwerkliches Geschick sowie die Fähigkeit, Fehler selbstständig zu analysieren und zu beheben.

* Führerschein: Führerschein B für selbstständige Fahrten zu unseren Kund:innen.

* Sprache: Gute Deutschkenntnisse für Beratung, Support und Dokumentation.

* Arbeitsweise: Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie Bereitschaft zum wöchentlich wechselnden Bereitschafts- und Notdienst.

* Hinweis: Erfahrung in der Melktechnik oder eine Ausbildung in der Kühltechnik ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung - wir schulen dich umfassend ein.

Deine Einschulung

* Zweiwöchige Grundausbildung im Rahmen des DeLaval-Schulungsprogramms.

* Anschließend ein- bis zweiwöchige Weiterbildung in Automatisierungstechnik.

* Praxisnahe Einarbeitung: Zu Beginn fährst du mit erfahrenen Kolleg:innen mit und lernst Anlagen und Kund:innen kennen.

* Laufende interne und externe Schulungen (u. a. in Eugendorf und in Deutschland).

* Gehalt: Es gilt der Kollektivvertrag für das Metallgewerbe. Das Mindestentgelt beträgt € 2.948,85 brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis (eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung möglich). Bereitschaftsdienste und Einsätze außerhalb der Normalarbeitszeit werden zusätzlich gemäß Kollektivvertrag vergütet.
