Wir sind ein junges Unternehmen (gegründet 2019), welches sich auf die ganzheitliche Immobilienbetreuung konzentriert.

TIGER FACILITYMANAGEMENT & SERVICES GMBH beschäftigt aktuell rund 35 MA in Kärnten, Steiermark, Nieder- sowie Oberösterreich, Salzburg und Tirol.

Wir verfügen über die wichtigsten Gebäudetechnik-Gewerbe und haben zwischenzeitlich 2 fixe Standorte in Klagenfurt und Innsbruck sowie 2 Cluster-Standorte (Wr. Neustadt und Graz).

Ab sofort suchen wir zur Verstärkung in Oberösterreich bzw. Salzburg (Flächenabdeckung in Vöcklabruck): 1 Servicetechniker_in (Schwerpunkt Elektro- und Gebäudetechnik) für eine Vollzeitbeschäftigung (40 Wochenstunden) und Daueranstellung.

Mit viel Freiraum und Eigenverantwortung planst und koordinierst du deine Aufgaben selbstständig, bist unterwegs bei spannenden Objekten und arbeitest eng mit Profis zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben im Überblick:

* Wartung & Instandhaltung technischer Anlagen

* Reparatur mechanischer & elektrischer Systeme

* Koordination von Projekten & Ressourcen

* Serviceeinsätze & technische Begehungen

* CAFM-Nutzung (Dokumentation leicht gemacht)

* Mitgestaltung & Optimierung der Gebäudetechnik

Was du mitbringen solltest:

* Ausbildung & Erfahrung in Elektro- / Gebäudetechnik

* Sicherer Umgang mit Schaltplänen & Störungen

* Grundkenntnisse im Bereich E-Technik

* Bereitschaft für Weiter- & Ausbildung (BSB, Sprinklerwart und Aufzugswärter)

*Führerschein B

*Regionale Flexibilität

*Erfahrung in anderen Gewerken (Schlosserarbeiten, Kältetechnik, Sanitär und Heizung) von Vorteil aber nicht zwingend erforderlich

* Eigenständige, verlässliche Arbeitsweise

* Berufspraxis

Gehalt: ca. 3.200,-- bis 3.500,-- brutto pro Monat, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
