BORA Lüftungstechnik sorgt seit 2007 mit innovativen Produkten und einem kreativen Team für frischen Wind in der Küchenbranche. Unser dynamisches Unternehmen ist geprägt durch flache Hierarchien und viel Spaß an der Arbeit. Zusammen mit Ihnen wollen wir den Lebensraum Küche neu gestalten.

Zur Erweiterung des Teams suchen wir ab sofort in den Regionen Chiemgau, Berchtesgaden, Salzburg in Vollzeit: 1 Servicetechniker (m/w/d) Raum Salzburg Ihre Aufgaben:

* Eigenständige Bearbeitung und Betreuung von Serviceaufträgen im Raum

Salzburg, Berchtesgadener Land, Chiemgau

* Durchführung von Instandsetzungs- und Wartungsarbeiten an BORA-Produkten

* Technische Analyse des Gerätezustands sowie Dokumentation der Einbausituation direkt beim Kunden

* Einweisung, Beratung und Schulung von Kunden und Handelspartnern zu Produktfunktionen

* Unterstützung bei Einbauten und Montagen von BORA-Produkten

* Dokumentation der Serviceeinsätze vor Ort in Microsoft Dynamics

* Durchführung von Technik- und Montage-Workshops

* Analyse, Reporting und Weiterleitung von Verbesserungsvorschlägen sowie Kundenwünschen

* Kontinuierliche Erweiterung und Vertiefung der technischen Produktkenntnisse

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im handwerklichen, elektronischen oder technischen Bereich

* Erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position von Vorteil

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; idealerweise Erfahrung mit mobilen Service-Tools

* Technische Affinität sowie schnelle Auffassungsgabe

* Serviceorientiertes, freundliches und professionelles Auftreten beim Kunden

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Führerschein der Klasse B

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

Aus rechtlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet, das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position anzugeben, das bei einer 40h/Woche bei 2.454,03 € brutto pro Monat liegt. Das tatsächliche Gehalt orientiert sich an unserer attraktiven, leistungsorientierten Gehaltsstruktur und liegt je nach Qualifikation deutlich darüber.
