Over de functie Als service timmerman ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt op locatie. Je komt bij bewoners en opdrachtgevers over de vloer, ziet direct wat er nodig is en zorgt dat het wordt opgelost. Geen lange lijnen of onnodig overleg, maar gewoon doen waar je goed in bent. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles weer werkt én er netjes uitziet. Een greep uit je dagelijkse werkzaamheden: - Kleine reparaties: je vervangt hang- en sluitwerk, stelt een deur en controleert scharnieren; jij fixt het snel en netjes. - Onderhoudsklussen: je vervangt een gipsplaat, timmert een koof of verstevigt een trapleuning; jij zorgt voor degelijk werk dat blijft zitten. - Allround vakwerk: je repareert een lekkende kraan, vervangt een stopcontact of een losse tegel in de badkamer; jij draait je hand er niet voor om. - Zelfstandigheid: je denkt mee, communiceert helder met bewoners en lost problemen op zonder dat iemand je aanstuurt. - Storingsdienst: je draait gemiddeld één keer per jaar een storingsdienst.
