Jobomschrijving

De SHE Officer is verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen en stimuleren van het veiligheids-, gezondheids- en milieubeheersysteem (SHE) op siteniveau. Hij/zij zorgt voor naleving van wettelijke, bedrijfs- en interne normen en draagt actief bij aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur en een continue vermindering van risico’s binnen de organisatie.

De functie fungeert als partner voor Operations, Quality, Engineering en Logistics, en zorgt ervoor dat SHE-vereisten geïntegreerd worden in dagelijkse activiteiten, projecten en veranderingsprocessen.

Hoe je impact zal maken

Veiligheid, Gezondheid & Milieunaleving

  • Zorgen voor naleving van lokale SHE-wetgeving, vergunningen en bedrijfsstandaarden
  • Ondersteunen bij de implementatie en het onderhoud van het SHE-managementsysteem
  • Toezien op naleving van interne regels (PBM, LOTO, gsm-beleid, veiligheid van aannemers, enz.)
  • Ondersteunen van audits en inspecties (intern, klanten, overheden)

Risicoanalyse & Incidentbeheer

  • Leiden of ondersteunen van risicoanalyses (TRA, JSA, LMRA, ATEX indien van toepassing)
  • Waken over effectieve en tijdige identificatie van gevaren, melding van bijna-ongevallen en corrigerende maatregelen
  • Deelnemen aan incidentonderzoeken, root cause analyses en opvolging van acties
  • Acties opvolgen in het SHE-volgsysteem en rapporteren over de voortgang

Opleiding & Veiligheidscultuur

  • Coördineren en geven van SHE-opleidingen (basis, site-specifiek en functiegericht)
  • Ondersteunen van onboarding en opfrissingsopleidingen voor werknemers en aannemers
  • Bevorderen van veiligheidsleiderschap, stop-work authority en betrokkenheid van medewerkers
  • Ondersteunen van Gemba walks, observaties en veiligheidsdialogen op de werkvloer

Milieu & Chemische Veiligheid

  • Zorgen voor correct beheer van chemicaliën, afval, emissies en spills
  • Ondersteunen van naleving rond gevaarlijke stoffen en milieuvergunningen
  • Coördineren van noodvoorbereiding en interventies (brand, chemisch lek, evacuaties)
  • Opvolgen van milieu-KPI’s en verbeteracties

Projecten & Verandermanagement

  • SHE-input leveren voor nieuwe projecten, insourcing, lay-outwijzigingen en installaties
  • Deelnemen aan Management of Change (MOC) processen
  • Zorgen dat SHE-vereisten vroeg in ontwerp- en uitvoeringsfases geïntegreerd worden

Rapportering & Continue Verbetering

  • Opstellen en presenteren van SHE-KPI’s, trends en dashboards
  • Ondersteunen van SHE-vergaderingen en stuurgroepen op de site
  • Bijdragen aan continue verbeterinitiatieven binnen de SHE-pijlers
  • Delen van best practices en lessons learned tussen sites

  • Productie, Onderhoud, Engineering, QA/QC
  • Logistiek & magazijnteams
  • Aannemers en externe dienstverleners
  • Regionale en corporate SHE-teams

Jouw profiel:

  • Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig in Veiligheid, Gezondheid, Milieu, Engineering, Chemie of een gerelateerd domein
  • Ervaring in een industriële of productieomgeving (bij voorkeur chemie)
  • Praktische ervaring met risicoanalyses, incidentonderzoeken en audits
  • Kennis van SHE-managementsystemen en regelgeving
  • Sterke aanwezigheid op de werkvloer en in staat om teams te engageren
  • Gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden (van werkvloer tot managementniveau)
  • In staat om onveilig gedrag op een constructieve en professionele manier aan te pakken
  • Comfortabel in een cross-functionele werkomgeving
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels
