Functieomschrijving Als SHEQ Adviseur ben je de schakel die ervoor zorgt dat veiligheid en kwaliteit altijd op nummer één staan bij grote hijs en transportprojecten in regio Zeeland. Je bent betrokken bij uitdagende projecten in onder andere de petrochemie en zware industrie. Jij weet als geen ander hoe belangrijk het is om medewerkers en onderaannemers bewust te maken van risico s en zorgt ervoor dat het beleid niet alleen op papier staat, maar ook op de werkvloer wordt nageleefd.

In jouw dagelijkse werk coach en motiveer je collega s en externe partijen rondom veiligheid en gedrag. Je neemt deel aan SHEQ-overleggen, zowel intern als met klanten. Je analyseert incidenten, beoordeelt risico s en vertaalt deze naar praktische oplossingen. Dankzij jou worden audits soepel begeleid en rapportages betrouwbaar opgesteld. Je ondersteunt het management bij het ontwikkelen en verbeteren van het veiligheidsbeleid en stapt moeiteloos in als gesprekspartner voor operationele vragen.

Jouw belangrijkste taken:

Adviseren, trainen en coachen van medewerkers over operationele veiligheidsvraagstukken Deelnemen aan SHEQ-overleggen (intern en extern) Uitvoeren van incidentonderzoeken en risicoanalyses Opstellen van SHEQ-rapportages en registreren van meldingen Ondersteunen van het management bij veiligheidsbeleid en -ontwikkeling Begeleiden van interne en externe audits
