Voor een toonaangevende organisatie gespecialiseerd in de opslag en het transport van goederen in de regio Hasselt zijn we op zoek naar een SHEQ Coördinator. In deze gevarieerde en praktijkgerichte functie speel je een belangrijke rol in het verder uitbouwen van het beleid rond veiligheid, gezondheid, milieu en kwaliteit. Je bent nauw betrokken bij de operationele activiteiten en vormt de brug tussen de werkvloer en het management. Vanuit jouw kritische en proactieve aanpak zorg je ervoor dat kwaliteitsstandaarden, wettelijke vereisten en SHEQ-procedures niet alleen correct worden opgevolgd, maar ook continu worden verbeterd.

Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?

  • Je werkt actief mee aan het uitbouwen, implementeren en optimaliseren van het QHSE-beleid, met bijzondere aandacht voor kwaliteit en milieu.
  • Je brengt risico's, kwaliteitsafwijkingen en milieugerelateerde aandachtspunten in kaart en zet deze om in gerichte verbeteracties.
  • Je ondersteunt en begeleidt medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij het correct toepassen van kwaliteits-, milieu- en veiligheidsprocedures.
  • Je coördineert en bewaakt de opvolging van audits, incidenten, wettelijke verplichtingen, kwaliteitsacties en verbeterprojecten en stimuleert een cultuur van continue verbetering.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over minimaal een attest preventieadviseur niveau 2 (niveau 1 is een plus).
  • Je bent analytisch, communicatief en zelfstandig en weet verschillende stakeholders op een constructieve manier mee te krijgen.
  • Je hebt een praktische en resultaatgerichte ingesteldheid en combineert oog voor detail met een pragmatische aanpak.
  • Je bent in staat om complexe vraagstukken rond kwaliteit, milieu en veiligheid te doorgronden en deze te vertalen naar duidelijke en haalbare acties op de werkvloer.
