The posting

Port of Antwerp-Bruges heeft een belangrijke rol in de dagelijkse werking van de haven. Zo'n 1 800 medewerkers werken dag en nacht aan een klantgerichte dienstverlening, een optimale infrastructuur, innovatieve projecten en de promotie van de haven in binnen-en buitenland. Zij zetten zich samen in om de rol van Port of Antwerp-Bruges als duurzame wereldhaven te verstevigen. Onze missie? Port of Antwerp-Bruges, thuishaven als hefboom voor een duurzame toekomst.

Jobomschrijving

Als SHEQ officer fire and security maak je deel uit van de SHEQ afdeling (Safety, Health, Environment en Quality) van Port of Antwerp-Bruges. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en implementatie van alle dossiers inzake brandveiligheid, interne noodplanning en gebouwbeveiliging. Je doet dit voor onze eigen medewerkers en onze bezoekers en in lijn met de strategische doelstellingen van onze organisatie. Je rapporteert in je rol aan de SHEQ manager.

Als SHEQ officer zit je takenpakket boordevol afwisseling!

  • Je draagt actief bij aan een pragmatisch en toekomstgericht beleid inzake gebouwbeveiliging, brandveiligheid en interne noodplanning en draagt dit actief uit
  • Je ontwikkelt en implementeert een modulair beveiligingsconcept dat toepasbaar is op al onze gebouwen en werkt hiervoor samen met andere afdelingen inzake toegangscontrole, bezoekersregistratie, toegang-/sleutelbeheer en beveiligingsmaatregelen
  • Je zorgt voor het beheer van de brandpreventiedossiers (risicoanalyses, evacuatie- en interventiedossiers en vertaling naar interne noodprocedures) voor al onze assets in Antwerpen en Zeebrugge. Dit gaat van opmaak en implementatie tot evaluatie en aanpassing van deze dossiers; samen met je collega's van het SHEQ-team
  • Je bouwt een breed intern netwerk uit om een efficiënte implementatie mogelijk te maken en je houdt daarbij rekening met de specifieke behoeften en noden van de interne klanten enerzijds en de verschillende functies van onze gebouwen anderzijds
  • Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe partijen rond gebouwbeveiliging, brandpreventie en interne noodplanning
  • Je draagt zorg voor adequate rapportages en KPI’s om tot continue verbetering te komen

Jouw werklocatie is voornamelijk het Havenhuis (Zaha Hadidplein 1, 2030 Antwerpen), maar je verplaatst je ook regelmatig binnen het Havengebied van Antwerpen en Zeebrugge.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over: Een masterdiploma of je hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring rond gebouwbeveiliging, brandveiligheid en noodplanning is een troef
  • Je bent een teamplayer die niet alleen binnen het eigen SHEQ-team, maar tevens binnen de organisatie verbinding legt om jouw thema’s op de agenda te krijgen en resultaten te boeken
  • Jouw troeven? een hands-on mentaliteit, pragmatische aanpak, organisatorisch sterk en nauwgezet
  • Je bent een sterke communicator op verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie en je hebt de skills om kennis en expertise om te zetten in de praktijk
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
