Jobomschrijving

Ben jij de gedreven leider die het verpakkingsteam naar nieuwe hoogten kan brengen? Heb je ervaring in de farma- en/of voedingssector? Dan zoeken wij jou!

Als Shift Lead (verpakking) speel je een cruciale rol in het operationele team. Je coördineert en begeleidt de activiteiten in de verpakkingsafdeling tijdens jouw shift en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je team, waarbij je voor rust en overzicht zorgt.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Shift Lead:

  • Toezien op de veiligheid en kwaliteitsoutput binnen de verpakkingsafdeling.
  • Bevorderen van teamwork en samenwerking binnen je team, en deze kernwaarden uitdragen.
  • Motiveren van je team om productie- en kwaliteitsdoelen te behalen.
  • Problemen zien als kansen voor verbetering en structurele oplossingen aandragen.
  • Nauwlettend toezicht houden op procesvoortgang.
  • Actief bijdragen aan het opstellen en aanpassen van procedures en het naleven hiervan.
  • Indien nodig, operationeel meewerken.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen zoals technische dienst, QA en IPQC, productie en andere afdelingen.

Als Shift Lead beschik je over de volgende kenmerken:

  • Je hebt minimaal een diploma secundair onderwijs.
  • Daarnaast bezit je zo'n 5 jaar ervaring in productie/verpakking.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office-toepassingen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
  • Een proactieve en positieve houding komen zeker van pas!
  • Je bent stressbestendig en effectieve communicatievaardigheden.
  • Tevens ben je zelfstandig en organisatorisch sterk.
  • Ervaring met een ERP-systeem is een plus.
