Als Shift Lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van meerdere productielijnen en zorg je ervoor dat veiligheid, kwaliteit en prestaties hand in hand gaan. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, stuurt jouw teams aan en zorgt ervoor dat processen efficiënt verlopen. Na een aantal jaren in de productie stap je tijdelijk over naar een ondersteunende rol in dagdienst, waarin je een belangrijke bijdrage levert aan de voorbereiding en optimalisatie van productieprocessen. wie ben jij - Je beschikt over een MBO 4- of HBO-diploma in Procestechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde, Technische Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare technische richting - Je hebt 3 tot 7 jaar ervaring binnen een productie- of procesomgeving - Je hebt ervaring met het leidinggeven aan meerdere teams of productielijnen - Je bent bekend met veiligheidssystemen zoals LOTOTO, werkvergunningen en 5S - Je hebt kennis van productieprocessen, SOP's, OCAP's en visueel performance management - Je bent analytisch, besluitvaardig en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer de druk toeneemt - Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en weet medewerkers te coachen en te motiveren - Je hebt ervaring met systemen zoals SAP of andere ERP- en MES-systemen.
