Reporting to the Service Manager, you will join our Service team for the Hollandse Kust West VII windfarm Serviced from Den Helder. Based offshore on one of our service operation vessels (SOV), the Shift Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the windfarm from the vessel on a rotational basis. Encompassing HSE, production performance, operations, maintenance, and team, development. Responsibilities: In line with Vestas' quality, HSE and Operational procedures, you will work a 2 week on / 2 week off rotation, based at our Hollandse Kust West VII- Oranjewind offshore windfarm site. Your typical tasks would be as follows: • Responsibility for all offshore operations, Production planning and performance, Planning and execution of servicing and maintenance plans • Employee line management and development, Maintaining code of conduct, discipline, and culture on the SOV • Daily, Weekly, and monthly performance reporting • Facilitate SOV technical focus, team meetings, and strategy deployment, SOV crew interfac...
