Locations Amsterdam Shift Leader Escapehood SHIFT LEADER BIJ ESCAPEHOOD Als Shift Leader ben jij tijdens je dienst verantwoordelijk voor Escapehood. Je geeft leiding aan de Game Masters, zorgt dat ieder spel en elke gastreis volgens planning verloopt, lost problemen op en zorgt ervoor dat Escapehood er precies zo uitziet, aanvoelt en functioneert als het hoort. Dit is geen kantoorbaan. Je bent aanwezig op de werkvloer, geeft het goede voorbeeld, ondersteunt je team en neemt snel beslissingen wanneer er iets onverwachts gebeurt. Belangrijkste taken - Het Game Master-team tijdens de dienst aansturen en ondersteunen - Voor iedere dienst een duidelijke briefing geven - Zorgen dat spellen op tijd beginnen en eindigen - De gastbeleving bewaken en ingrijpen wanneer dat nodig is - Game Masters ondersteunen bij lastige situaties en vragen van gasten - Onverwachte problemen oplossen en snel beslissingen nemen - De locatie schoon, veilig en speelklaar houden - Kamers en apparatuur tussen de spellen door controleren - Toezicht houden op betalingen, boekingen en eenvoudige administratie - De openings- en sluitingsprocedures uitvoeren - Belangrijke updates delen met de Venue en het team - Zorgen dat tijdens iedere dienst volgens de standaarden van Escapehood wordt gewerkt Wat we zoeken - Je bent 18 jaar of ouder - Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels - Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van mensen of neemt van nature verantwoordelijkheid - Je blijft kalm en geconcentreerd wanneer het druk wordt - Je communiceert duidelijk en zelfverzekerd - Je bent georganiseerd en kunt goed prioriteiten stellen - Je geeft het goede voorbeeld - Je voelt je comfortabel bij het zelfstandig nemen van beslissingen - Je hebt oprechte aandacht voor zowel je gasten als je team Voor deze functie is een VOG vereist.
