Voor onze productieorganisatie zoeken wij eenShift Leaderdie verantwoordelijk is voor de aansturing van zijn/haar ploeg en het behalen van gestelde plant specifieke doelen. Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden - Veiligheid, kwaliteit en compliance - Toezien en zorgen voor naleving en monitoring van voorschriften, interne instructies en standaardwerk. - Zorgen voor een succesvolle veiligheidscultuur binnen jouw afdeling. - Is crisiscoördinator over zijn/haar afdeling. - Assisteren van de PFSO bij opschaling van het gevaarniveau. - Bekrachtigen van overbruggingen van veiligheidssystemen volgens geldende procedures. Productie en procesvoering - Bewaken, bijsturen en rapporteren van productieparameters. - Zorgen voor energieoptimalisatie en efficiënt gebruik van installaties. - Bepalen van maatregelen bij verstoringen in overleg met betrokken interne of externe partijen. - Opstellen van eerstelijns onderzoek rapportages bij verstoringen. - Afstemmen met logistiek en leidinggevenden bij afwijkingen in planning, leverbetrouwbaarheid of productkwaliteit. - Begeleiden van medewerkers bij niet-routinematige werkzaamheden. - Actief ...
