Tussen eeuwenoude bomen en historische gebouwen vinden onze bezoekers spannende attracties, leuke speeltoestellen en een gezellige kinderboerderij. Onze horecagelegenheden maken de beleving compleet, met een lekker hapje en drankje in een omgeving die uniek is in Noord-Nederland. Voor ons horecateam zoeken wij een ervaren Shift Leader die, naast het meewerken op de werkvloer, mede verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor de dagelijkse aansturing en organisatie van de horeca. Je werkt nauw samen met en ondersteunt de Coördinator Horeca en de andere Shift Leader. Samen vormen jullie een leidinggevend team van drie personen en maken jullie deel uit van een kernploeg van 5 á 6 vaste medewerkers. Jullie zorgen gezamenlijk voor een goede werkverdeling, optimale service en een soepel verloop van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Wie ben jij? - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in de horeca en in het leidinggeven aan een team - Klantvriendelijk, servicegericht en representatief - In het bezit van, of bereid tot het behalen van, het certificaat Sociale Hygiëne - Flexibele instelling en kunt goed omgaan met drukte - Je bent doordeweeks beschikbaar, als ook in de weekenden, tijdens schoolvakanties en op enkele feestdagen - Neemt verantwoordelijkheid, werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband, en toont initiatief - Beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden - Houdt goed overzicht en kan prioriteiten stellen Wat bieden wij? - Werken op een unieke locatie midden in de natuur - Een gezellige en informele werksfeer binnen een hecht team - Een afwisselende functie met verantwoordelijkheid en veel contact met bezoekers en collega's - Voornamelijk dagdiensten, met af en toe een...
