Als Mitspieler_in unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Shift Leader Rezeption & Reservierung (vorrangig Spätdienst)(m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

* Check In und Check Out unserer internationalen Gäste

* Führung von Gastkonten und der Rezeptionskasse

* Vorbereitung der Anreisen

* Begleitung der Gäste zum Zimmer, sowie die Durchführung von Hausführungen

* Gästebetreuung und Beratung in Form von Ausflugtipps, Wandervorschlägen, Infos zu Skigebieten usw.

* Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs am Empfang

* Informationsannahme und -weitergabe an Gäste

* Kommunikation und Informationsweitergabe an andere Abteilungen (Rezeption als Schnittstelle)

* Reservierungsannahme und -bearbeitung vor Ort, am Telefon und per E-Mail

* Handling der Buchungsportale

* Verbuchen von Leistungen und Kassenführung

* Beratung und Reservierung von Wellnessanwendungen, Massagen und Kosmetik

* Verkauf von kleinen Produkten über die Rezeption

* Selbständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie von Vorteil

* entsprechende Berufserfahrung als Führungskraft und an der Rezeption erforderlich

* Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und ein sicheres Auftreten

* Feingefühl für Diskretion und Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen

* Konzentriertes, kontrolliertes und verlässliches Arbeiten

* Herzlichkeit, Spaß und Freude im Umgang mit unserer internationalen und anspruchsvollen Klientel

* Verkaufstalent & Sprachgewandtheit

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechend sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch in Wort & Schrift (weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil)

* Gute EDV Kenntnisse (Word, Excel)

* Kenntnisse des "Protel" Hotelprogramms sind von Vorteil

Wir bieten

* einen unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag

* eine 5-Tage-Woche (vorwiegend Spätdienst)

* einen geregelten Freizeitausgleich

* Diese Position unterliegt dem Kollektivvertrag für Arbeiter im Hotel- und Gastgewerbe. Es gilt ein Mindestentgelt aller Überstunden, Zuschläge und gesetzlichen Sozialleistungen für 40 h / 5 Tage Woche. KV-Überzahlungen sind in Abhängigkeit von Ihrem Qualifikationsprofil möglich.

* 13.+14. Monatsgehalt

* Bereitschaft der Überzahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation

* freie Kost im Hotel, auch an freien Tagen
