Shift Manager - Oldenzaal Shift Manager (3 ploegen) Vernay in Oldenzaal Over Vernay De vestiging Vernay Europa B.V. in Oldenzaal is een productie- en ontwikkellocatie waar een kleine 200 medewerkers werken. Hier worden op maat ontworpen rubber- en kunststofcomponenten gemaakt voor o.a. de automotive industrie, zoals terugslagkleppen en andere precisie-onderdelen die de doorstroming van vloeistoffen regelen. Vernay heeft het hoofdkantoor en plant in Amerika (Griffin, Georgia) en een laboratorium en een global R&D centrum in Yellow Springs Ohio. Verder heeft het vestigingen (plants) in Nederland (Oldenzaal), Italië, China en Japan en Amerika. Voor Vernay Europa te Oldenzaal zijn we op zoek naar een Shift Manager die uitblinkt in het aansturen en ontwikkelen van teams binnen een dynamische maakomgeving. In deze rol ben jij dé spil op de werkvloer en zorg je er samen met je team voor dat Safety, People, Quality, Delivery en Cost (SPQDC) elke dag met plezier op topniveau presteren. Wat ga je doen? Als Shift Manager in een 3 ploegendienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren en leiden van jouw shift. Je combineert operationeel leiderschap met coaching, en schakelt moeiteloos tussen mensen, processen en prestaties. Je neemt eigenaarschap voor o.a.: - Creëren van een veilige, schone en gestructureerde werkomgeving. - Goed leiderschap, gericht op het betrekken van medewerker en het in staat stellen van de medewerker om zijn of haar activiteiten met plezier effectief en efficiënt te doen. - Jij zorgt dat jouw team in topconditie is, qua kennis, skills, gedrag en energie. - Realiseren van de geplande output volgens veiligheids‑, kwaliteits‑ en kostendoelstellingen. - Shop Floor Management, het (pro-) actief en structureel sturen op afwijkingen, kansen en verbeteringen bij de Gemba middels heldere prioriteiten, acties, eigenaren en deadlines (PDCA), binnen je eigen shift, tussen de shifts en in samenwerking met alle ondersteunend...
