Ben jij iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt in een productieomgeving? Als lijnverantwoordelijke zorg je ervoor dat de kartonneerlijn in de zone Charcuterie efficiënt, veilig en volgens de kwaliteitsnormen draait. Je volgt de lijn nauwgezet op, stuurt een klein team aan en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de verpakte vleesproducten. Dankzij jouw technische feeling en overzicht verloopt elke shift vlot en correct.

Jouw taken?

  • Instellen en opvolgen van de kartonneerlijn zodat de productie continu en efficiënt blijft lopen;
  • Kwaliteit controleren van verpakte producten en etiketten, inclusief correcte datum en labelinformatie;
  • Etikettenrollen plaatsen en nagaan dat alle gegevens juist worden weergegeven;
  • Aantal producten per karton bewaken zodat elke verpakking volledig en correct is;
  • Kartons klaarzetten op de transpallet voor verdere interne verwerking;
  • Teamcoördinatie van 3 à 5 collega’s, waarbij je actief meewerkt aan de lijn;
  • Orde, hygiëne en veiligheid handhaven volgens de geldende normen.

Wat maakt jou de ideale kandidaat?

Je hebt al ervaring als verpakker en voelt je goed in een productieomgeving waar tempo en nauwkeurigheid belangrijk zijn. Werken in 2 ploegen vormt voor jou geen probleem en je houdt van een hands‑on aanpak. Dankzij jouw technisch inzicht kan je machines instellen en storingen snel inschatten. Je communiceert duidelijk, werkt graag samen en neemt verantwoordelijkheid wanneer dat nodig is. Daarnaast beschik je over de juiste eigenschappen om deze rol sterk in te vullen:

  • Affiniteit met productieprocessen;
  • Bereidheid tot werken in 2 ploegen, met een stabiel ritme;
  • Praktische ingesteldheid en zin om actief mee te draaien op de lijn;
  • Technisch inzicht in het instellen en bijsturen van productielijnen;
  • Teamgerichte communicatie, zowel naar collega’s als naar leidinggevenden;
  • Nauwkeurigheid en orde, met aandacht voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
