Jobomschrijving

Als Shift Supervisor ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt, veilig en kwalitatief uitvoeren van alle werkzaamheden op het plein, met oog voor de klanten en interne processen. Je rol omvat onder andere:

  • Beheren, opvolgen, plannen en delegeren van de werkzaamheden op het plein, rekening houdend met de gangbare kwaliteits-, productiviteits- en veiligheidsnormen
  • Dagelijks controleren van operationele processen, bijvoorbeeld het monitoren van tanks aan de heating en het checken van temperaturen
  • Problemen snel herkennen en adequaat oplossen (troubleshooten) om een vlotte werking te garanderen
  • Team aansturen, coachen en motiveren om de dagelijkse targets te behalen
  • Dagelijkse briefings geven en communiceren met verschillende teams en afdelingen
  • Contact onderhouden met medewerkers van diverse nationaliteiten en karakters, assertief en duidelijk zijn in communicatie
  • Actief bijdragen aan de veiligheidscultuur en het naleven van alle interne veiligheidsprocedures
  • Rapporteren van afwijkingen en aandachtspunten aan de Operations Coördinato

We zoeken een Shift Supervisor met de onderstaande bekwaamheden

  • Zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels
  • Ervaring in leidinggeven en operationeel management
  • Sterk organisatorisch en analytisch inzicht, met oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en productiviteit
  • Assertief, communicatief sterk en in staat om met verschillende karakters om te gaan
  • Zelfstandig, probleemoplossend en stressbestendig
  • Bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken (vroeg/laat)
