Wil jij een leidinggevende rol in de horeca, maar vooral zelf actief op de werkvloer staan? Bij Grand Café Mahler op de Zuidas zoeken we een Supervisor Horeca (Operationeel) die het team aanstuurt, overzicht houdt en ervoor zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt. In deze rol werk je voornamelijk in het Grand Café en ben je daarnaast betrokken bij de Espressobar Deloitte. De focus ligt op de dagelijkse operatie, waarbij je zowel meewerkt als coördineert. En het mooiste: je werkt doordeweeks, want in de weekenden en op feestdagen ben je vrij – een echte uitzondering in de horeca! Jouw werkzaamheden: Je stuurt het team op de werkvloer aan en werkt actief mee in het Grand Café Je houdt overzicht op de Espressobar, bewaakt de kwaliteit en bezetting, en springt bij wanneer nodig Je ondersteunt de horecamanager bij de dagelijkse aansturing en bent een belangrijke schakel op de vloer Tijdens drukke momenten werk je met een groter team bij borrels en evenementen; op rustige momenten sta je soms alleen met de chef-kok Je zorgt dat de service altijd soepel verloopt en dat gasten een topbeleving hebben Bij ons heb je keuze uit twee opties: een 38-urige werkweek over vijf dagen (maandag t/m vrijdag) of een 32-urige werkweek verdeeld over vier dagen. Kies je voor een 4-daagse week, dan werk je altijd op maandag, donderdag en vrijdag. De vierde dag stemmen we samen af, op dinsdag of woensdag. Donderdag en vrijdag zijn vaste dagen, ideaal om mee te draaien tijdens onze gezellige en drukke middagborrels! Wat neem je mee? Je werkt mee én stuurt aan op de vloer in het Grand Café en springt bij op de Espressobar wanneer nodig Je draait zelfstandig je diensten en bewaakt gastvrijheid, tempo en kwaliteit Je spreekt en begrijpt de Nederlandse taal Je verwerkt reserveringen voor borrels, vergaderingen en evenementen en werkt met het reserveringssysteem Je stelt bevestigingen en communicatie correct in het Nederlands op en stemt af met keuken en collega’s over planning en uitvoering Je hebt een

actieve rol tijdens onze drukke donderdag- en vrijdagmiddagborrels (tot ongeveer 22.00 uur) De donderdag- en vrijdagmiddagborrels zijn dé hoogtepunten van onze week. Dan verandert het Grand Café in een levendige, bruisende plek vol energie. Het is superdruk, gezellig en dynamisch. Jij zorgt dat het team goed samenwerkt en dat gasten een topmiddag beleven.
