Für unser Coffeehouse in Karlsplatzpassage (1010 Wien) suchen wir 1 Shift Supervisor m/w/x (24, 30 Wochenstunden).

Deine Aufgaben

Nach einer mehrwöchigen internen Ausbildung erwartet dich Folgendes:

* Verantwortung für die jeweilige Schicht (Öffnen oder Schliessen des Stores, Arbeitsaufteilung innerhalb des Teams, Festlegen von Pausen)

* Führung der in der Schicht anwesenden Baristas

* Diverse administrative Aufgaben wie beispielsweise das Auslösen von Bestellungen oder Überprüfung von Lieferungseingängen

* Beratung und Bedienung der Gäste

* Verkauf von unseren vielfältigen Getränken und deren Zubereitung nach Standard

* Bedienung und Abrechnung der Kassen und des Safes

* Auffüll-, Aufräum- und Reinigungsarbeiten nach Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften

* Durchführen von Coffee-Tastings und Präsentieren von Kostproben im Team und mit Gästen ("Sampling")

* Einarbeitung von neuen Teammitgliedern

Dein Profil

* Ausgeprägte Freude am Kundenservice

* Erste Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Flexibel in der Arbeitszeiteinteilung (Mehrschichtbetrieb von Montag - Sonntag von 07:00 - 21:30 Uhr)

* Zuverlässige sowie teamfähige Arbeitsweise und Offenheit für Neues

* Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie oder im Verkauf
