  • Teamleiding & ontwikkeling Inspireer en begeleid je team om het beste uit zichzelf te halen. Creëer een positieve, motiverende werksfeer door duidelijke communicatie en ondersteuning. Voer functioneringsgesprekken, verzuimgesprekken en andere personeelsgerelateerde taken. Signaleer opleidingsbehoeften en stimuleer de groei van je team. Begeleid nieuwe medewerkers en tijdelijke krachten naar een vliegende start.
  • Operationele coördinatie Coördineer de dagelijkse werkzaamheden van je ploeg en zorg voor een efficiënte inzet van personeel en machines. Bewaak dat alles volgens de gestelde normen en procedures verloopt. Houd toezicht op de uitvoering, stuur bij waar nodig en optimaliseer efficiëntie en productiviteit. Zorg voor naleving van hygiëne-, veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen (HACCP, GMP).
  • Probleemcoördinatie & kwaliteitsverbetering Los problemen snel en efficiënt op en bevorder de samenwerking binnen het team. Rapporteer knelpunten en doe verbetervoorstellen aan de productiemanager. Draag actief bij aan procesoptimalisaties en continue verbetering.
  • Je hebt een bachelor en analytisch inzicht.
  • Jij hebt ervaring in een productieomgeving en kent operationele processen door en door.
  • Technisch inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen zijn jouw tweede natuur.
