Ben jij een ervaren productieverantwoordelijke die graag mee de handen uit de mouwen steekt? Iemand die snel ziet waar het fout loopt, knopen durft doorhakken en zijn team op een duidelijke manier aanstuurt? Dan hebben we een stevige uitdaging voor jou. Je komt terecht in een internationale metaalomgeving in de regio Zwevezele, binnen een eigen productieafdeling met een team van ongeveer 25 operatoren.

Je taken:

  • Een team van ongeveer 25 operatoren aansturen
  • Nieuwe collega's onthalen en begeleiden
  • Medewerkers dagelijks ondersteunen en opvolgen
  • Bijspringen wanneer iemand afwezig is
  • Controleren of afspraken, procedures en veiligheidsregels gevolgd worden
  • KPI's opvolgen en resultaten met je team bespreken
  • Problemen op de werkvloer aanpakken en oplossingen zoeken
  • Meedenken over efficiëntere manieren van werken
  • Kwaliteitsproblemen en schadegevallen opvolgen
  • Helpen bij het onderzoeken van klantklachten
  • Overleggen met planning, transport en onderhoud
  • Zorgen voor een nette en veilige werkvloer

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een grotere internationale onderneming, maar binnen een duidelijke afdeling met een eigen team. Je krijgt ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Toon je initiatief en laat je zien wat je kunt? Dan liggen er mogelijkheden om verder te groeien. Je bepaalt dus voor een groot stuk zelf hoe ver je hierin gaat. We zoeken een echte aanpakker Je hebt al ervaring in productie en weet hoe een werkvloer draait. Daarnaast:

  • Heb je ervaring als verantwoordelijke, teamleader of ploegverantwoordelijke
  • Kun je rustig blijven wanneer het druk wordt
  • Weet je snel wat prioriteit heeft
  • Durf je verantwoordelijkheid nemen
  • Spreek je mensen aan wanneer dat nodig is
  • Communiceer je duidelijk
  • Heb je oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid
  • Denk je graag mee over verbeteringen
  • Ben je bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken
