Voor een internationaal actieve en technologisch geavanceerde productieorganisatie in de regio Bornem zoeken wij een Shift Technieker Onderhoud/Storingstechnieker in ploegensysteem. Het betreft een functie binnen industriële onderhoudstechniek, gericht op kandidaten die actief willen werken met geautomatiseerde productie-installaties in een moderne en sterk gedigitaliseerde omgeving.

Onze klant te Bornem is een gevestigde industriële speler binnen een hoogtechnologische productieomgeving waar automatisatie, procesbetrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en continue optimalisatie centraal staan. U werkt in een geavanceerde site met complexe installaties en een technische dienst die sterk inzet op kennisdeling, preventief onderhoud en structurele verbeteringen.

Bent u een technisch onderlegde onderhoudstechnieker die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt binnen een 2- of 3-ploegenstelsel? Heeft u een brede kennis van mechanische systemen, elektrische installaties en basis automatisatie, en werkt u analytisch bij het oplossen van storingen? Dan biedt deze functie als Shift Technieker/Onderhoudstechnieker industrie een technisch uitdagende en stabiele carrière binnen een internationale context.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Dagelijks uitvoeren van storingsanalyse en interventies aan geautomatiseerde productielijnen en machines
  • Oplossen van technische problemen op mechanisch, elektrisch en basis automatiseringsniveau
  • Structureel analyseren van terugkerende storingen en implementeren van duurzame oplossingen
  • Uitvoeren van preventief en gepland onderhoud volgens onderhouds- en werkplanningen
  • Optimaliseren van onderhoudsaanpak met focus op machinebeschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid
  • Correct registreren van technische interventies in het onderhoudsbeheersysteem (CMMS)
  • Opvolgen van machineprestaties en signaleren van afwijkingen in productie- en proceskwaliteit
  • Actief detecteren van technische verbeterpunten binnen het machinepark en productieflow
  • Voorstellen en implementeren van technische optimalisaties en procesverbeteringen
  • Meewerken aan projecten rond veiligheid, energie-efficiëntie en continue verbetering (continuous improvement)

Je hebt een opleiding in elektromechanica, elektriciteit, automatisatie of een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

  • Je beschikt over kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit, automatisatie en meet- en regeltechniek
  • Je werkt analytisch, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht
  • Je bent hands-on, leergierig en neemt initiatief
  • Je communiceert vlot en deelt kennis met collega’s
  • Je functioneert goed in teamverband, maar kan ook zelfstandig werken
  • Je bent bereid om in ploegensysteem te werken
