Als SHIFT VERANTWOORDELIJKE PRODUCTIE ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen onze productieomgeving.

Je combineert technische expertise met verantwoordelijkheid voor de dagelijkse werking van de productielijn.

Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer en werkt actief mee met het team. Tegelijk zorg je ervoor dat processen veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verlopen. Je ondersteunt collega's waar nodig, houdt overzicht en bent een aanspreekpunt bij technische of operationele uitdagingen.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

• de dagelijkse werking van de productielijn opvolgt;

• actief meewerkt in de productie;

• toeziet op een veilige werkomgeving en mee het veiligheidsbeleid uitdraagt;

• optreedt als safety-verantwoordelijke op de werkvloer;

• verantwoordelijkheid neemt als interventieleider bij noodsituaties;

• zorgt voor een correcte eerste hulpverlening indien nodig;

• alle machines kan bedienen, opstarten en afstellen;

• technische problemen analyseert en mee helpt oplossen;

• change-overs voorbereidt, begeleidt en opvolgt;

• afwijkingen, storingen of verbeterpunten rapporteert;

• collega's ondersteunt bij technische vragen;

• meewerkt aan een continue verbetering van processen en werkmethodes.

Je bent iemand die rust uitstraalt en van nature verantwoordelijkheid opneemt. Je hoeft geen uitgebreide leidinggevende ervaring te hebben, maar je hebt wel de ambitie om een team mee te ondersteunen en mensen op een positieve manier aan te sturen.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in onderstaande eigenschappen:

• Je hebt een sterke technische achtergrond of relevante ervaring in een productieomgeving.

• Je leert snel en wil je verder ontwikkelen.

• Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt vlot samen met collega's.

• Je behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer de druk toeneemt.

• Je bent matuur en straalt vertrouwen uit.

• Je werkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief.

• Je bent bereid opleidingen rond veiligheid, interventies en andere relevante thema's te volgen.

• Je bent bereid te werken in een ploegensysteem.

• In drukke periodes ben je flexibel om ook in de nachtploeg ondersteuning te bieden.
