Bolton Adhesives in Goes is een toonaangevende speler in de vervaardiging van lijm en bereide kleefmiddelen. In de productielocatie werk je met moderne installaties en processen om hoogwaardige producten te leveren. Als Shiftleader ben jij essentieel voor het realiseren van de geplande productie met de juiste kwaliteit. Je zorgt voor een optimale inzet van medewerkers, machines en materialen, en speelt een sleutelrol in het waarborgen van veiligheid en het continu verbeteren van processen. Je werkt nauw samen met andere Shiftleaders en ondersteunende afdelingen om de productie soepel te laten verlopen.
