Dit financieel gezond en innovatief productiebedrijf in regio Roeselare is een gevestigde waarde in de hoogwaardige kartonverwerkende industrie. Binnen de moderne, sterk geautomatiseerde productiesite worden uiteenlopende kartonoplossingen op maat vervaardigd voor een breed spectrum aan industriële klanten. Ter versterking van de organisatie wordt gebouwd aan een dynamische en veralgemeende shiftstructuur, waarbij je aan het hoofd komt te staan van een gemotiveerde ploeg van zo'n 20 operators en afwerkers. De bedrijfscultuur kenmerkt zich door een no-nonsense mentaliteit, korte communicatielijnen, onderling respect en volop ruimte voor eigen initiatief en procesoptimalisatie.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Dagelijks aansturen, coachen en motiveren van een productieteam (ca. 20 medewerkers) op de vloer binnen de afwerkings- en conversieafdelingen.
  • Waarborgen van de productieplanning, kwaliteit, rendement en veiligheidsvoorschriften tijdens de gehele shift.
  • Flexibel en als "vlinder" inzetbaar zijn over verschillende afdelingen om knelpunten op te vangen en afdelingsoverschrijdende continuïteit te garanderen.
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt bij technische storingen, procesonderbrekingen en logistieke afstemmingen op de werkvloer.
  • Actief meedenken over en initiëren van procesoptimalisaties, orde & netheid (5S) en efficiëntieverbeteringen.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor werk- en denkniveau (of bent gelijkwaardig door aantoonbare ervaring als leidinggevende in een productie-omgeving).
  • Sterke affiniteit met technische productieprocessen en afwerkingsmachines (ervaring in de papier-, karton-, grafische of verpakkingssector is een mooie troef).
  • Je bent een natuurlijke People Manager: communicatief, stressbestendig, empathisch en kordaat wanneer nodig.
  • Flexibele en wendbare ingesteldheid om als vlinder tussen diverse afdelingen en processen te schakelen.
  • Bereidheid om te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel (vroege/late) en een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands.
