Als Shiftleader zorg je voor de aansturing op de vloer, maar werk je ook gewoon mee in het casino. Je geeft duidelijke instructies aan jouw team, weet hen te enthousiasmeren en signaleert verbeterpunten in het casino. Daarbij zorg je ervoor dat interne procedures en wet- en regelgeving goed uitgevoerd worden. Samen met de aanwezige collega's zorg je ervoor dat het verblijf van de spelers zo aangenaam mogelijk is. We streven daarbij naar een 9+ spelerservaring. Samen met de andere Shiftleaders en de Manager in jouw casino zorgen jullie voor de personeelsplanning, waarbij je rekening houdt met de arbeidstijdenwet, interne regels en wensen vanuit de medewerkers. DIT BEN JIJ - Je hebt MBO werk- en denkniveau, leidinggevende ervaring is een pré - Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen de werkvloer en de Casinomanager - Je bent enthousiast, daadkrachtig en een mensgerichte leider - Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en een probleemoplosser - Je stuurt -in wisselende samenstellingen- jouw team op de casinowerkvloer aan - Je beschikt over een rijbewijs DIT BIEDEN WIJ JOU - Een arbeidsovereenkomst van 32 tot 36 uur per week - Een salarisrange waarbij je naar kennis en ervaring in een passende trede wordt ingeschaald - 22 vakantiedagen op basis van een fulltime contract, 8% vakantiegeld, een goede pensioenregeling, bedrijfskleding en een laptop - Je hebt te maken met afwisselende werktijden.
