Je geeft gasten een optimale beleving en biedt sfeervolle service. Je begeleidt gasten naar de juiste ruimtes en bent het aanspreekpunt bij vragen of klachten. Daarnaast verzorg je de administratie die nodig is om de dagelijkse gang van zaken soepel te laten verlopen. Je stelt roosters op, controleert de tijdsregistratie en onderhoudt contact met de reserveringsafdeling op het hoofdkantoor. Je coacht, motiveert en traint het team en zorgt voor een heldere taakverdeling en duidelijke instructies. Je bent een rolmodel voor collega's en werkt waar nodig mee op de werkvloer. Wat breng je mee? - Gastvrijheid, pro activiteit, verantwoordelijkheid, samenwerken en organisatorische skills. - Minimaal opleidingsniveau MBO. - Woonachtig in omgeving van Utrecht. - Een representatief voorkomen. - Bereid om diploma's Sociale Hygiëne en BHV te halen. - Ervaring in hospitality is gewenst. - Nederlandse taal vloeiend, basis Engels gewenst.
