Voor een internationale speler binnen de chemische procesindustrie regio Evergem zoeken we een meewerkend shiftleader dat een klein team operationeel kan aansturen, prioriteiten bewaart en veiligheid altijd op nummer één zet. De site combineert een technische en manuele productieomgeving met sterke investeringen in groei, opleiding en modernisering.

Geen logge structuur of puur bureauwerk, maar een compacte en hands-on omgeving waar initiatief, maturiteit en verantwoordelijkheid écht gewaardeerd worden. Ideaal voor een ervaren operator die klaar is voor een volgende stap of een leidinggevende die graag dicht bij de praktijk blijft staan.
