Wil je een team aansturen binnen een hoogtechnologische productieomgeving en tegelijk actief betrokken blijven bij het proces?Hier krijg je de kans om mee te bouwen aan een nieuwe productiesite waar vakmanschap, veiligheid en innovatie centraal staan. Je combineert operationeel leiderschap met technisch vakmanschap en draagt rechtstreeks bij aan een stabiel en kwalitatief productieproces.

  • Aansturen, coachen en begeleiden van Operatoren binnen een 6-ploegensysteem
  • Bewaken en optimaliseren van meng- en smeltprocessen
  • Opvolgen van ovencondities en procesparameters
  • Oplossen van technische en procesmatige storingen
  • Uitvoeren van procescontroles, analyses en root cause analyses
  • Waken over kwaliteit, veiligheid en naleving van normen.
  • Analyseren van productiegegevens en detecteren van afwijkingen.
  • Ondersteunen van procesverbeteringen en energie-efficiëntie.
  • Opleiden en begeleiden van nieuwe operatoren
  • Samenwerken met Productie, Maintenance, Planning, Kwaliteit en Engineering

Voor de job van shiftleader zoeken we iemand die naast technisch sterk ook een mature leider is. Wat hopen we terug te vinden:

  • Minimaal een technisch diploma secundair onderwijs
  • Minstens 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen een procesgestuurde industrie zoals glas, staal, chemie of energie.
  • Ervaring als leidinggevende of de ambitie om hierin door te groeien met begeleiding en opleiding.
  • Goede kennis van Excel
  • Goede communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Pluspunt: ervaring met moderne proces- en besturingssystemen
  • Je communiceert helder en begeleidt medewerkers op een constructieve manier
  • Je draagt actief bij aan verbetering en duurzame productieprocessen
