Voor de locatie op Schiphol zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en daadkrachtige Shiftleader die samen met het team verantwoordelijk is dat alles soepel verloopt. Waar je gaat werken Wie ooit een vlucht heeft gemaakt buiten Europa heeft vast wel eens een deken en een kussen ontvangen van het cabinepersoneel. Dit bedrijf verzorgt het wassen van het textiel van o.a. de Koninklijke Luchtvaartmaatschappij (KLM) op Schiphol. Het textiel bestaat uit kussens, kussenslopen, dekens en servetten in allerlei vormen en maten. Ze zorgen dat het textiel weer schoon, fris en spotless in het vliegtuig terugkomt voor hergebruik. Wat je gaat doen Als Shiftleader ben jij het aanspreekpunt tijdens jouw dienst. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het werk soepel verloopt, de kwaliteit hoog blijft en het team weet wat er moet gebeuren. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van medewerkers tijdens jouw shift - Verdelen van de werkzaamheden en bewaken van de voortgang - Toezien op kwaliteit, veiligheid en productiviteit - Ervoor zorgen dat kussens en dekens op tijd en volgens de afgesproken kwaliteit worden verwerkt - Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten op de werkvloer - Begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers en zorgen voor een goede samenwerking binnen het team - Bijhouden en rapporteren van bijzonderheden en resultaten - Schakelen met collega's en leidinggevenden wanneer de planning of operatie daarom vraagt In de dynamische omgeving van Schiphol kan er snel iets veranderen.
