Onze diensten zorgen ervoor dat goederen snel, veilig en efficiënt hun bestemmingen wereldwijd bereiken. Wij handelen de ontvangst, opslag en voorbereiding van zowel import- als exportvracht af. Dit houdt in dat wij goederen sorteren, veilig opslaan en klaarmaken voor verdere distributie. We lossen trucks, bouwen vracht op vliegtuigplaten of in containers en zorgen dat elk pakketje op de juiste plek elders ter wereld aankomt. Werkelijk elke denkbare soort vracht komt binnen, dat maakt ons werk leuk; dagelijks trekt de wereld aan ons voorbij. Shiftleader Cargo Office De Shiftleader Cargo Office coördineert het afhandelingsproces, dient als eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en externe partijen, en treedt op als mentor en werkverdeler voor het team. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Het aansturen van een klein operationeel team; - Toezicht houden op de juiste uitvoering van de operationele werkzaamheden; - Signaleren van regelmatig voorkomende problemen en het in gang zetten van herstelacties; - Coachen, inwerken, begeleiden en motiveren van het team; - Vluchtboekingen en truckopdrachten monitoren; - Proactief communiceren met het warehouse team; - Customer service, zowel per e-mail als het beheren van het telefoonverkeer; - Verslag uitbrengen aan de Office Supervisors.
